About Our Fees

We accept cash, check, debit, and all major credit cards. For those who are students, facing financial hardship or without insurance, we offer a sliding scale based on income and household size. 

As an out-of-network provider, we accept PPO insurance plans. We can provide a statement of account (also known as a superbill) and assist with paperwork for reimbursement. Clients are responsible for payment at the time of service and submitting claims to their insurance company. We recommend confirming your coverage with both our office and your insurance provider before your appointment.
